F2P Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis Coming to PC
Fans of the Final Fantasy VII universe may be keeping an eye on Steam with interest. This is because a port of Ever Crisis - a popular mobile free-to-play game - is heading to the platform.
Earlier this month, Android and iOS smartphones saw the release of Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis - a mobile spin-off of the iconic jRPG. The game quickly gained considerable popularity, as a result of which it was announced today that a version for personal computers (Steam) is also in developemt. Such information was provided by the Japanese game profile on Twitter/X
The emerging Steam version of the game will enable you to synchronize your progress with mobile devices and continue playing on the new platform.
At the moment no details were provided related to the release date of the port. However, it can be assumed that the new edition of Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis, like the mobile version, will be a free-to-play title.
Ever Crisis is a turn-based game that follows the storyline known from the original FFVII while supplementing the story with plots presented in spin-off works from the universe, such as Crisis Core or the Advent Children movie. The game was released in episodic form, with the story divided into chapters.
