Final Breath of Steam Controller; Last Pieces are Now 90% Off
Valve ceases the production of Steam Controller. The few remaining pieces can be bought with a 90% discount during the ongoing sale.

The Verge reports that Valve ceases production of the unusual Steam Controller gamepad. The last pieces can be bought with a big discount as part of the Autumn sale that started yesterday. The company did not provide this information in any official announcement, but the editors of the website confirmed it at the source.
Steam Controller debuted on the market in 2013 as part of the Steam Machines program. The device has only one analog knob, but apart from that we also get two touchpads with haptic system, thanks to which it is possible to control very precisely - we can even simulate the movement of the mouse and do many other, even weirder things (just take a look at the video below). The power supply is provided by two AA batteries.
The controller doesn't work perfectly in all titles and you'll have to get used to it, but it can be an interesting alternative to a controller for Xbox, PS4 or Switch. Apart from PC, we can also connect it to the phone (via Bluetooth), but only within the Steam Link application, which enables us to stream games to the screen of your smartphone. The device can be adapted to our needs thanks to the extensive software suite, we have e.g. the option of activating the gyroscopic control. Moreover, users can share their configurations with the community.
We remind that the sale will last only until December 3, so if you are interested in acquiring Steam Controller, it's worth to hurry up.
