Fallout 76 - Shortage of Animal Intestines Spoils Game Event

A bug associated with spawning small animals in Fallout 76 prevented users from completing a key quest from a new in-game event. As a result, Bethesda had to suspend the event until the problems are fixed.

Last year's Fasnacht Parade event was very popular, so problems with the new edition were a big disappointment.

Since the launch of Fallout 76, Bethesda Softworks has put a lot of work into fixing the game. This does not mean, however, that there are no issues in the game. One of them has just spoiled the awaited event.

The event called Fasnacht Parade was organized for the first time last year and its second edition was launched recently.During the event, players escort a group of robots and have to perform various tasks for them. One of them requires collecting a certain number of small animal intestines. The problem is that these haven't been spawning properly in the game for many weeks. As a result, there are too few of them to be sufficient for all players. What's worse, we have limited time to complete the mission.

These problems caused the majority of users to be unable to complete the task. As a result, Bethesda was forced to suspend the event and postpone it. The devs assured that the bug has already been fixed and Fasnacht Parade will start again tonight. The event is scheduled to last until June 9 and on June 2 participants will receive a set of items as compensation for previous technical problems.

As a reminder, Fallout 76 was released in November 2018 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The game's debut was a disaster, mainly due to its awful technical condition. However, the devs did not give up and spent the next several months on improving the game. The effort brought results and the developers managed to regain the sympathy of a large part of the players. Currently, 79% of user ratings on Steam are positive. The plans are to develop the game for at least another year.
