Evil West and Deliver Us Mars Delayed
The release of Evil West has been delayed by several weeks because the developers need more time to polish the game. The developer of Deliver Us Mars did the same.
Publisher of Evil West has announced on Twitter that the release has been delayed from September 20 to November 22, 2022. In a letter to fans the developers said that they needed more time to polish the production in order to complete their vision of an alternative Wild West and meet the player expectations. They expressed gratitude for the warm reception of the game's demo at PAX East and the trailers released so far.
Incidentally, it was confirmed that the game from Flying Wild Hog (creators of e.g. Hard Rest and Shadow Warrior) will debut on all previously announced hardware platforms, i.e. PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Evil West is not the only game to be released at a later date. It was announced yesterday that Deliver Us Mars will become available only on February 2, 2023. KeokeN, Interactive, like Flying Wild Hog, made the decision to change the release date due to a desire to release a better product. It took the opportunity to convey that a new trailer for the title will be made available at gamescom on August 24, 2022.
