Dying Light 2 With Good Launch on Steam

Dying Light 2 has debuted on the market, and it's already racking up some impressive activity scores on Steam.

We finally lived to see the release of Dying Light 2, the latest game from Techland. The title arrived simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Along with the game's debut, the first patch was also released, improving many elements of the title. In a few months, the game will also be available to Nintendo Switch owners thanks to the streaming technology.

The PC edition can be purchased on Steam and Epic Games Store.. In both cases Dying Light 2 can also be enjoyed by streaming via GeForce Now. The PC edition offers rich graphic options, enabling us to freely configure various aspects of the game.

Excellent debut of Dying Light 2 on Steam

The game's debut on Steam has already proven to be very successful. At the time of writing, 164,591 people are playing Dying Light 2 , which is an excellent result, especially considering the fact that the game has just been released.

When it comes to user ratings on Steam, currently 76% of them praise Techland's latest work, which the service categorizes as a "mostly positive reception".

Good reception of the game by industry media

The game was met with quite a warm reception by the industry media. The PC version currently has an average rating of 80% on Metacritic.. In the case of the PS5 release it is 77%, and for Xbox Series X/S - 78%. The PS4 and XONE editions have too few reviews for now.

Dying Light 2 was even more appreciated by our editor, who gave the game a score of 8.5/10. This review is based on the PlayStation 5 release.
