Divinity: Original Sin II to launch on September 14
Divinity: Original Sin II is going to launch on September 14. Larian Studios informed fans of the game's planned release date along with a description of a new patch.
While it is still going to stay several months in Steam Early Access, Divinity: Original Sin II has got an exact release date. The sequel to one of the most praised classic RPGs of the recent years is scheduled to launch on September 14, 2017 on PC, informed Larian Studios in their latest update on Steam. So far there are no plans to release the game on consoles, but remember that the first Divinity: Original Sin had also launched on PC a year before it eventually hit Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as the Enhanced Edition.
This information came along with the newest patch for the early version of Divinity: Original Sin II. The update has added two new areas, where players can continue the game’s main story, as well as relationship dialogues with companions. You can also meet a sea-faring dwarf with his own origin story, although you won’t recruit him just yet. Besides, some existing mechanics and features have been overhauled, such as character creation, crafting, and party formation interface. Find more details in the official patch notes.
