Disgaea RPG - Mobile Spin-off of Famous jRPG Launches
Today marks the release of Disgaea RPG, the first mobile installment in the series of upbeat tactical RPGs thus far only available on consoles and PC.
Today, Disgaea RPG launched on Android and iOS devices. It is a mobile spin-off of the well-known jRPG series that combines tactical, turn-based battles with interesting characters and a solid dose of humor. The production can be downloaded for free (micropayments inside) from the Apple Store and Google Play platforms.
In Disgaea RPG, we will again meet the protagonists of many previous entries in the series, such as Laharl, Flonne, Etna, Adell, Mao, Valvatorez and Killia. There are specific stories of these characters waiting to be discovered by players, and they often recreate, or allude to, the events of past games in the series.
The actual game, as usual in this series, consists of turn-based battles and gradual development of your characters (with level cap set at 9999). It's also worth noting that the creators have implemented a number of mechanics in their creation that are supposed to make playing on a smartphone more enjoyable – we're talking about auto mode and the option to quadruple the speed.
