Diablo 2: Resurrected Sales Exceed 5 Million Copies
Diablo 2: Resurrected, the revamped version of Blizzard Entertainment's classic hack'n'slash, has already sold over 5 million copies.
People from Vicarious Visions have reasons to be happy. Sales of Diablo II: Resurrected have already exceeded 5 million copies.
The game was released in September last year and is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
Diablo II: Resurrected debuted with with many technical issues but by now, the developers have managed to eliminate most of the major flaws. Recently, the big patch 2.4, which brought a lot of long-awaited new features and improvements, has been released.
The next few weeks promise to be fruitful for fans of the game, because on April 28 the first ranked season in Diablo II: Resurrected will being. Players will compete in four ladders (standard, hardcore, standard expansion, and hardcore expansion). Each of them will require creating a new character and collecting as many experience points in a given time as possible.
It is worth mentioning that a few days ago, the integration of Vicarious Visions with Blizzard Entertainment was completed. Developers of Diablo II: Resurrected are now operating under the name Blizzard Albany and are currently helping with Diablo IV.
