Patch 2.3 For Diablo 2: Resurrected Available Now
Diablo 2: Resurrected on PC has recently received a new update. Numbered 2.3, it introduces, among other things, several new gameplay options and support for Nvidia DLSS.

Blizzard and Vicarious Visions continue to support Diablo II: Resurrected. Recently, this refreshed version of the iconic hack'n'slash from 2000 received another update on PC, numbered 2.3. The list of changes and fixes is quite long. So what, in a nutshell, can the players expect?
First of all, new options when it comes to gameplay. The first of them is the ability to change the game's difficulty. This is used to increase the level of challenge when playing solo, as if other people joined the game in cooperation. Previously, the command /players was used for the same purpose.
The second option is activating a special movement mode, which orders the character to move to a specific place without targeting any monsters. This should make it easier to revisit in-game locations.
The third option enables us to use all skills possessed by the character using hot keys, without having to select them from the bar. This is another change that should make combat with subsequent opponents much more enjoyable.
The fourth option is the activation of an additional bar that appears above the standard interface. It displays up to sixteen additional skills that have been assigned to a given character.
Another important thing to be introduced in Diablo II: Resurrected's new patch is support for Nvidia DLSS. For those less familiar - it's an AI-based rendering technology that increases visual performance while maintaining beautiful, sharp images in games.
Finally, patch 2.3 eliminates a number of bugs present in Diablo II: Resurrected. After installing it, problems with e.g. crashing to desktop after using certain skills in specific situations, hanging characters after unsuccessful attempt to host an online game, lack of sound when picking up items necessary for tasks in Act 3 or broken animations when using certain attacks should disappear.
