Fans of the adventure game Deadly Premonition will finally be able to play the sequel to that game on PC. This is according to the fiscal report of Thunderful Group, which included a mention of planned release of Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise on Steam. On page 18 of the document, the publisher listed upcoming productions from its catalog, including the second installment of the series overseen by Rising Star Games (via Reddit). The title is expected to launch later this year.

So far, the publisher has not mentioned anything about the release of the second Deadly Premonition outside of Switch. On Nintendo's console, the game was released in July 2020 and garnered mixed reviews (though it didn't cause a split among critics as the original did, which even made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for that reason). Our review of the game, written by Przemyslaw Zamecki, gave it a score of 7/10; the title took flak for its dire technical condition but earned praise for characters, dialogue and intelligent breaking of the "fourth wall". Let's hope the Steam release doesn't scare players with bugs instead of story.
