Dead Space Full System Requirements Bring Significant Change

We have finally learned the full system requirements of Dead Space Remake. PC owners can check if their hardware can handle the refreshed version of the hit.

This week has been particularly successful for Dead Space fans. In recent days, we received many interesting details related to the remake of the much-loved title. Meanwhile, in addition to gameplay footage, screenshots and highlights, via the game's card on Steam we learned the full system requirements of the upcoming survival horror game.

PC users can therefore check what configurations will allow for trouble-free experience in Dead Space Remake. Take a look at whether your rig will prove sufficient to relive the terrifying story of Isaac Clarke early next year.

Dead Space Remake - minimum system requirements

  • Operating system: Window 10 64-bit
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x or Intel Core i5-8600
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Graphics Card: AMD RX 5700 or Nvidia GTX 1070
  • DirectX: Version 12

Dead Space Remake - recommended system requirements

  • Operating System: Window 10 64-bit
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or Intel Core i5-11600K
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070
  • DirectX: Version 12

What's interesting, compared to the previous version of minimum requirements there has been a significant change with regard to RAM. Recall that previously 8 GB of RAM was mentioned, and now as much as 16 GB is required.

Finally, let us remind you that the remake of Dead Space will debut on January 27, 2023 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.. Yesterday we learned the contents of the collector's edition and the (high) prices of the different versions of the game.
