Dead Island 2 System Requirements Anything But Shocking
The release of Dead Island 2 is fast approaching, and the developers have finally decided to reveal the exact system requirements for the PC version of the game.
The release of Dead Island 2 will take place in just 10 days, and we've finally learned the game's PC system requirements. The developer revealed them on the official website of the game, along with a Q&A section. To run Dead Island 2 on low graphics settings, you won't need very powerful hardware - 10 GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 1060 will suffice, while an RTX 3090 and 16 GB of RAM are recommended to play on "ultra." You will find the exact specs below.
The developers, by the way, reminded about some other technical matters about Dead Island 2. An important piece of information is that the game will not support cross-play. The only option for playing with friends will be network co-op in story mode (up to three people) on the same hardware platform.
On PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles Dead Island 2 will be displayed at 60 frames per second, while on PS4 and Xbox One it will be 30 fps. What we don't know, however, is what graphics modes and resolutions will be available.
Dead Island 2 will debut on April 21 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One consoles, as well as PCs (tentatively only onEpic Games Store).
