DBD Rank Reset Time Explained
In this news you will find information about the rank reset in Dead by Daylight. You will find out when it takes place and what its effects are.
Today marked the traditional rank reset in Dead by Daylight. If you do not know what this process is and what exactly it causes, you will find the most important information about it below.
Rank reset - what is it about?
Every match played in DBD affects our rating - the higher the point score, the greater the progress. The maximum is +2 rank points, and the minimum is -1. So if you do well enough, you will move higher and higher.
Of course, the earned rank does not stay with us permanently. Exactly on the 13th of each month, it is reset to the lowest available in the game. In return you receive bloodpoints. Their amount depends on the earned rank. The values are shown in the graphic below.
How many boodpoints you have received will also be informed by a special message that appears at the first launch of DBD after the reset of ranks. You will find there, a brief summary
Conclusions after public testing
I recently described to you the perks that the developers plan to modify. This rework is just one of a number of changes that await DBD in the near future. All these new features are currently in the public testing phase, which can be accessed by owners of the title on Steam.
As a result of these trials, the developers have decided to make further changes to improve gameplay. Among them we will find:
- Increasing the limit of possessed bloodpoints to 2,000,000;
- the effects of Endurance status is modified. It will not work if we already have a deep wound effect on us. In this way, the devs got rid of situations with abusing its effect enabled players to take many blows;
- further modifications in the operation of perks.
