DayZ is one of the first survival games and at the same time one of the most successful ones. The game is played everyday by thousands of people. No wonder that many players were waiting for the big expansion – Frostlineadding new snowy region, Sakhal. Numerous fans decided to check out this fresh challenge (even though there were some controversies), only to see that there are no official servers.

DayZ Frostline – Official Servers Not Working, Status Explained

Playing with others is one of the biggest charms of DayZ. Many people enter this game only for the thrill of competing (or cooperating) with various players. However, for many, it is impossible right now. If you want to play Frostline DLC on official servers, you are out of luck, as they are at the moment not operational. One of the developers on Steam has announced that they know about the problem and they are working on it, as the servers were delayed. However, there is no ETA, as to when they will work again. A good thing is that community servers should work properly, so there is an alternative.

Problems with servers are quite common on releases of multiplayer games, so we are not surprised by this. Hopefully, developers will fix the issue shortly and more players will be able to enjoy new, freezing DLC.
