You Hoped for Conclusion to Peralez Plot in Cyberpunk 2077 DLC? Forget It
Anyone who hoped that the puzzle-filled plot of Elizabeth and Jefferson Peralez would be expanded in the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 DLC will be sorely disappointed. Hopes were dashed by the game's task director, Pavel Sasko. Spoiler alert.

Despite the fact that nearly two years have passed since the release of Cyberpunk 2077, the game by CD Projekt RED still hides a ton of secrets and understatements that lead many players to sleepless nights. One of them is the mysterious Peralez marriage plot.
Before I get to the point, it's worth outlining what it's actually about. Namely, among the huge number of side missions in Cyberpunk 2077 we will find one that is particularly intriguing - "Bunraku". It involves V investigating a mysterious break-in at the apartment of high-class marriage of Elizabeth and Jefferson Peralez. However, in order not to go into too much detail, I'll just say that in the end we learn that both were victims of brainwashing at the hands of a mysterious person, entity or organization - that mystery is never solved.
Unfortunately, the case, as it were, breaks off at a crucial moment, which is why many fans of the game hoped that CDPR would come to their rescue and expand the plot in the upcoming DLC for Cyberpunk - Phantom Liberty. It turns out that this will not happen.
During a recent Twitch broadcast (you can watch the entire recording here), conducted by the game's quest director Pavel Sasko, one of the viewers asked about the possible future of the Peralezes in next year's DLC. To the disappointment of fans, the developer confessed that this thread is already closed. Moreover, it was the developers' intention to leave the story without definitive answers. This means that we are unlikely to find out anymore who was the perpetrator of the whole drama. Below you can see the discussed piece of footage shared on Reddit.
