Cyberpunk 2077: Keanu Reeves Loved his Character; Asked to Double His Screen Time

It seems that Keanu Reeves really liked playing Johnny Silverhand in the CD Projekt RED's upcoming futuristic RPG Cyberpunk 2077. According to an Italian journalist, the actor was supposed to push for a doubling of his character's screen time.

Keanu Reeves, playing Johnny Silverhand in the upcoming action RPG from CD Projekt Red, the hyped Cyberpunk 2077, supposedly loved to play the character. He liked it so much that he asked the devs to... double the character's screen time , to which the developers agreed. The source of these reports is an interview with Luca Ward, Keanu's double, conducted by a journalist from TGCOM 24 at the Lucca Comics and Games Convention in Italy.

We've heard before that Johnny Silverhand will be an extremely important character in Cyberpunk 2077 - in terms of the number of recorded dialogue lines, it's supposed to be the second character in the game. It seems that such a large role is partly due to the involvement of the actor. We can only hope that the scriptwriters have taken advantage of this situation and that the additional dialogue lines will not give the impression of being crammed into the game by force.

. Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on April 16, 2020 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Polish studio has high expectations for this title, as do analysts and investors.
