Cyberpunk 2077 Hype is Real; The Game Conqured Steam Even Before Launch

The pre-orders of Cyberpunk 2077 are going so well that last week CD Projekt RED's game generated more revenue on Steam than any other item.

We are still more than two weeks away from the launch of Cyberpunk 2077. The game promises to be the most important premiere of the year. The hype in the player community is well illustrated by the fact that CP2077 's pre-orders took first place among Steam's biggest hits (according to revenues) last week.

Pre-orders of CD Projekt RED's upcoming game have been going so well for a long time that Cyberpunk 2077 appeared regularly in this list, but not in the first place. It is easy to guess what the reasons for this success are. The launch, approaching in great steps, is stirring emotions, and the Internet was recently flooded with new reports and materials from the game. In addition, last week there were very positive previews from many websites, the fifth episode of Night City Wire was streamed, and the videos shown during the presentation were very warmly received.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on December 10, this year, on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. The game will also be available on Google Stadia streaming service.
