Some cosplayers can perfectly embody the role of the character they are playing. At this year's San Diego Comic-Con, cosplay was taken to a whole new level, thanks to Grand Theft Auto fans, who for four days kept open a Cluckin' Bell restaurant, a chain that appeared in GTA: San Andreas, GTA 4 and GTA 5. The attention to detail is stunning. It is not known whether the people responsible for the whole project were in some way connected with Rockstar Games, or whether they simply turned out to be big fans of the GTA universe. Rockstar has yet to comment on the matter.
Fully functional Cluckin' Bell
The Cluckin' Bell restaurant was only open for four days, but nevertheless managed to become a phenomenon online. It was possible to order food there, inspired by dishes that CJ and Big Smoke might have eaten, and then wash them down with Sprunk - a drink parodying Sprite. Also noteworthy here was the attention to other details, such as the costumes of the big chickens worn by the employees serving the customers.
Do not serve Trevor
An interesting tidbit was a message on one of the walls of Cluckin' Bell, which announced that the restaurant would not be serving Trevor Phillips. Throwing grenades at staff or kidnapping customers were cited as reasons. Anyone spotting Trevor was to immediately notify the restaurant's staff or call the Los Santos police.
Considering how corrupt the cops there are, this might not have been the best idea. Do you still remember what Big Smoke ordered in the Drive-Thru in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas?
