Free Julius Caesar Coming to Civilization 6; Here's How to Unlock Him
On the occasion of the introduction of the Leader Pass to Civilization VI, Firaxis Games will also give players a free leader - Julius Caesar.
Just a few days ago we informed about the introduction of Leader Pass to Civilization VI. As part of it, DLCs introducing famous historical leaders to this popular strategy will be released until March 2023. It turns out that additionally, on November 21, the game will introduce one more leader, free of charge - Julius Caesar.
In order for this free DLC to appear in your copy of the game, you must meet a condition: link your 2K Games account to your profile on Steam or in Epic Games Store (depending on where you have the game installed). Admittedly, the offer is limited in time, but it will last until November 24, 2024. So you have plenty of time to think about it.
2K Games account - how to set up?
If you don't have a 2K Games account, nothing is lost. You can create one very easily. All you have to do is register at https://accounts.2k.com/signup. Then the created account should be linked to your profile on Steam or Epic Games Store. Finally, all you have to do is log into it in-game.
Interestingly, you can also create a 2K Games profile from within the game. Just click on the "2K Account" button in the lower right corner of the main menu and go through the registration step by step (you can find more information here).
Julius Caesar in Civilization VI - how to add?
- 1. link your 2K Games account to Steam or Epic Games Store.
- 2 Restart Civilization 6.
- 3. In the main menu of the game, click "Additional content".
- 4. select "Modifications."
- 5. scroll down the list of additional content and find the Julius Caesar DLC.
- 6. click the "Enable" button.
As you can see, the above instructions are extremely simple. However, it is only up to you to decide whether you want to lead the Roman Empire to glory under the leadership of Julius Caesar.
Finally, let us remind you that with the Leader Pass Civilization VI will receive first - also on November 21 - the Great Negotiators pack. Among them will be Abraham Lincoln, Queen Nzinga Mbande and Sultan Saladin.
