Citadel: Forged with Fire is a Skyrim-like online game from Slender: The Arrival developer
Imagine Skyrim with MMO mechanics and the focus on playing as mages, and you will be close to what Citadel: Forged with Fire is going to offer. This next game from Slender: The Arrival creators is launching in Steam Early Access this month.
Blue Isles Studios, the team that gave us Valley as well as Sleder: The Arrival, the commercial version of a popular indie horror game, is announcing its next project. This time, the developer is trying its hand at an MMORPG, called Citatel: Forged with Fire, which looks much like Skyrim-gone-online. The game will let players become powerful mages and freely roam a huge open world in FPP – and not only on foot, but also flying around on a broomstick, or a dragon’s back. Have a look at some of the things you’ll get to do in the game:
Citatel: Forged with Fire creators promise players much freedom in shaping their destiny: you will be able to tame all sorts of beasts, become a hunter of other wizards, create a powerful guild of mages, or seek adventures and riches in the world’s most dangerous places. The game will also feature a building editor, letting you build your own strongholds, as well as a huge variety of items to personalize your mage.
Citadel: Forged with Fire is going to launch in Steam Early Access on July 26, 2017 and stay there until early 2018. If you can’t wait to play, you can sign up for the pre-release beta test on the game’s official website. The first wave of invitations will be sent out on July 14.
