BioShock 4 Scriptwriting Supervised by Far Cry 5 and WD Legion Writer
The writer of well-known Ubisoft games - including Watch Dogs: Legion, Far Cry 5, and Ghost of Tsushima - will be responsible for the plot of the fourth installment of the BioShock series.
We still don't know much about the fourth installment of BioShock - we don't even know its official title, target hardware platforms or release date. So far, the information is mostly based on rumors (like the one about the Antarctica, which is the alleged setting). However, we did get to know the person who will be responsible for the game's plot. She is Liz Albl, who has significant experience working on scripts for other games.
The developer announced yesterday on Twitter that she joined the team of Cloud Chamber - the studio responsible for the new BioShock, composed primarily of people who have worked on previous installments of the series. On her profile, Albl details that she oversaw the scripts of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (as an intern), Far Cry 4 and 5, as well as Watch Dogs: Legion. In addition to Ubisoft's game, he also has experience working on Sucker Punch's latest title - Ghost of Tsushima.
Interestingly, Liz Albl also helped on Wonder Woman, the upcoming third-person action game from Monolith Productions. Working for more than five years on scripts for Ubisoft games (according to her profile on LinkedIn) and more will surely translate into the fourth BioShock. However, will it do so with good results? We will probably have to wait a little longer for the answer.
