Assassin's Creed Day Gift - Origins Soon in 60 FPS on Consoles
Today we celebrate Assassin's Creed day. On this occasion the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of AC Origins will soon receive a patch adding support for 60 fps.
Today is Assassin's Creed Day. December 21st is an important date for the series, which often appears e.g. in Assassin's Creed III. So what has Ubisoft prepared for us to celebrate this occasion?
Rest assured, fortunately it is not an Assassin's battle royale game or a hidden blade NFT. Instead, the French developer, in addition to words of thanks to the community, mentioned in a Tweet that it is working on a patch to add 60 fps support to Assassin's Creed Origins on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S (the devs didn't specify when the patch would be released, unfortunately). It is worth noting that both Assassin 's Creed: Valhalla and Assassin's Creed: Odyssey already have this feature.
"Whether you are a longtime fan or just discovered Assassin's Creed, we want to thank you for being a part of this community.
Your continued support, passion & vigilance humbles us all every day. Stay tuned for more in AC Valhalla & an exciting future for AC."
"We are also looking into adding 60FPS support for Assassin's Creed Origins, so stay tuned!"
