Assassin's Creed: Hexe came out of the shadows. Ubisoft mentioned darkest AC ever when announcing Animus Hub
Discussing The Animus Hub, Ubisoft mentioned Assassin's Creed: Hexe for the first time in two years.
We are less than two months away from the release of Assassin's Creed: Shadows, so Ubisoft is focusing on promoting this project. However, the publisher mentioned Assassin's Creed: Hexe for the first time in a very long time.
- The editors of GamesRadar+ participated in Ubisoft's presentation, where they discussed, among other things, The Animus Hub, a service designed to connect all contemporary installments of the series (starting from Assassin’s Creed Origins).
- During the presentation, producer Andree-Anne Boisvert stated that all future installments of the series will be integrated with the service, specifically mentioning Assassin's Creed: Hexe and the multiplayer game Assassin's Creed: Codename Invictus.
- She didn't mention the remake of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, but that's probably because the game hasn't yet been officially announced. There is little doubt that "Black Flag" will also be connected to The Animus Hub.
- It's just a small mention, but important, as this is the first case in two years when the publisher mentioned Assassin's Creed: Hexe.
AC: Hexe will transport us to 16th century Germany, and the action will focus on witches. According to last year's rumors, the only protagonist of this installment will be a woman named Elsa, possessing supernatural powers. The main team working on the project is Ubisoft Montreal, the creators of AC Origins and AC Valhalla.
