Apex Legends Will Get Cross-play And go to Switch and Steam
During EA Play Live, Respawn announced a new Apex Legends event. We also found out that the game will be released on Nintendo Switch and Steam. Moreover, in autumn it will receive cross-play.
The EA Play Live presentation started with a section dedicated to Apex Legends. First we learned that on June 23 we will start the Lost Treasures Collection event, offering special prizes and a new, time-limited gameplay mode.
The event looks promising, but much more interesting things were revealed later. We found out that Apex Legends will hit the Nintendo Switch console. The game will also receive a cross-play option, enabling owners of different hardware platforms to have fun together. In addition, the game will go to Steam. All these things are to happen this fall.
