The players will be able to move around the vast area with the so-called Tridents, special hovercrafts which will accomodate the whole team. In addition, thanks to the update, the game will also feature a new, gravity-wielding character - Dr. Mary Somers (Horizon), whose abilities will allow, among other things, for better control when in the air, which will make it easier to shoot an opponent or releasing a black hole. The new season will also introduce a new time-limited mode, clubs or a battle pass with a rich set of skins. You can find all the changes and novelties that Apex Legends will see with its Steam debut on the official website of the game.
Apex Legends debuted on February 4, 2019 on PC (Origin), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game was also scheduled to hit the Nintendo Switch console this year, but the release was delayed to next year. Finally, the Steam version will not require the Origin client.
