American Truck Simulator Picks Up Pace; Third Upcoming DLC Revealed
The American Truck Simulator: Missouri DLC has been announced. This is the third upcoming expansion for SCS Software's game.
SCS Software has announced the next expansion for American Truck Simulator.
- The DLC is called Missouri and will focus on recreating the eponymous US state.
- The devs praise the diversity of the area, from the cities of Saint Louis and Kansas City, which are full of iconic places, to natural attractions such as the Ozark mountains and the Mississippi River, the second longest river in the US.
- No release date is known at this time. As with any expansion for ATS, this too will be a non-standalone DLC, requiring ownership of the full version of American Truck Simulator.
Recall that American Truck Simulator was released in February 2016, and until today the game is only available on PC. The game has met with a very warm reception. on Steam 96% of user ratings praise the title, which is categorized as an "overwhelmingly positive" reception.
It is worth adding that Missouri is not the only upcoming expansion for American Truck Simulator. Earlier SCS Software announced Arkansas and Nebraska DLC. For now, it is not known when these expansions will go on sale. We expect that Missouri will be released only after them.
