Activision Blizzard is dealing with more accusations. Employees allegedly heard threats from the company.
- Individuals employed at Activision Blizzard were alleged to have heard threats from the company;
- Employees were also coerced into following social media policies that were against their rights;
- Activision Blizzard has not addressed these allegations.
A week without an Activision Blizzard scandal is a week lost. So the company decided to give us another dose of controversy and present a perfect example of a toxic workplace.
Employees victimized again
Information on yet another controversy has been shared by prosecutors at the U.S. Labor Council. As it turns out, Activision Blizzard employees allegedly heard threats from the company.

At the same time, the prosecutors informed that if the company does not agree to a settlement, the National Labor Relations Board (a federal agency that defends the rights of private sector employees) will be forced to file an official complaint.
Activision Blizzard so far has not responded to these accusations. In fact, this is not the first time the company has faced them.

Considering all the scandals, it should come as no surprise that recently Activision Blizzard has staffing problems. Apparently, fewer and fewer people want to work in a company with such a reputation.
