Come out through interaction with the "Zipper". Go to the coffee machine, use it and join the dialogue.

Our next objective is "Join Daniel and Finn at the lake". You have to follow a short path after a sign.

When you get there, you'll have a little challenge in throwing a knife. The crosshair moves on the "inverted eight". You can also hold RMB to aim more accurately. You need to throw and hit at the green zone. Unfortunately, it is not possible to hit the target twice (maybe it's Daniel's little sabotage?).

Then, the first choice in this episode awaits you: "Ask about the watch" or "Say nothing". In practice, this choice does not matter.
