Green Hell: Saving in multiplayer - how to do it? Green Hell guide, tips
Last update: 09 June 2020
When playing in a co-op, saving is slightly different from when you are playing alone. On this page of the guide to Green Hell, you will learn about these differences.
The saving mechanic is the same in multiplayer. This means that in order to save, you must find (or build) the right structure. Schematics for such objects are available from the beginning of the game and can be found in the notebook.
The differences, however, lie in what is actually saved. The creator of a given server selects one of the available saving slots. The server creator stores all the data. This means that if all progress in the game world is to be preserved (e.g. a newly constructed building) that person is the one who has to make a save.
For those who have joined the game, only the character's condition, equipment, and location on the map are recorded.
