After the mission called "This Shit's Cursed", Tom Stubbs (congressman) will offer you few secondary tasks - you just have to call him by using the option 'Job' on your phone. The job he commissions are sometimes quite difficult but possible to complete.

The program assigns them in a ransom order.

Communication Breakdown

Go to a meeting place at a proper time. Talk to the guy behind the wheel. Your target is a hopeless driver, find yourself a car quickly and start a traditional chase after the victim. When you kill him, money appear on your bank account.

First Impressions

Go to Superstar Cafe. Your target is sitting inside. Go inside so you know who you are supposed to kill. Then leave the building and kill the guy through a window. Then you have to run away fast - on foot or by car.

Knowing Me, Knowing You

Go to Bryce Dawkins's mansion, he is the major of Liberty City. His Infernus is standing in from of his house - take the car and head towards Stubbs's workshop. You have to hurry because of the time limit. Don't worry if you damage the car on the way to the workshop - the mechanic will mend it straight away. It will be more complicated on the way back, because you have to take the car back in an intact state.

Phone Ho'

You will have to take a photo of a very important guy when he invites a prostitute to his car. Go to the place marked on the map. Go to the alley and then climb up to the roof of the building. When you are at an observation point, talk to Stubbs. You will learn that you may find this guy interesting - he drives red Cognoscenti. Take out you phone, prepare the camera and wait until he appears. Take a photo to catch the guy and the prostitute red handed. Don't let anybody fool you - before your target appears, many other unfaithful husbands show up in the neighborhood.

When the Blue Chips are Down

Go to the alley marked on the map. All three entrances are guarded. I advise you to go there by motorbike or other small car through one of the entrances. Go to a woman chained with handcuffs, take of her 'bracelets' and then go into the car with her. Take her to a helicopter landing site and try to avoid the police at the same time. You don't have to try to lose the people chasing you - you just have to reach your aim.
