A first-person survival horror, created primarily for online cooperation. Zort takes us to dark locations, filled with dangerous traps and various monsters actively hunting us. We must look for items and clues, solve puzzles and ultimately find a way to escape.

Zort is a survival horror game designed primarily for co-op play. It was developed by the independent Turkish studio Londer Software.

Gameplay

In Zort we watch the action from the first-person perspective (FPP). The game takes place in dark locations, and the primary goal of the characters we play is to find a way out of each of these places. To accomplish this, we need to look into every corner in search of useful items and clues, as well as interact with elements of the environment and solve puzzles.

The matter is complicated by the fact that each level is swarming with traps. In addition, we are constantly being pursued by creatures that hunt us. Each of them has an individual behavior pattern and a set of strengths and weaknesses. In order to survive, we must hide from them, try to defeat them or when everything else fails - save ourselves by escaping. In the meantime, we need to pay attention to our mental health indicator.

Cooperation is the key to success here. Coordinating certain actions allows us to solve encountered problems, and voice chat helps in their implementation. The option to communicate with others is enriched with special sound filters, adapting to the atmosphere prevailing on a given map. The fun is enhanced by mini-games, as well as the fact that problems presented to us are chosen randomly.
