Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is the next installment of a series of football simulations, created by the Tokyo branch of the Konami concern, with Shingo "Seabass" Takatsuka at the forefront. According to the annual tradition, the game introduces a series of improvements to the cycle in order to make it as close to reality as possible.
