Pro Evolution Soccer 4 is a sports game, which is the fourth installment of the football cycle developed by the Konami development team led by Shingo "Seabassa" Takatsuki. Players have the opportunity to test their football skills in realistic games involving nearly 200 club and national teams. On the American and Asian markets the game is known as Winning Eleven 8.
