Williams Pinball Classics, released on Wii and PSP, is a remake of a famous pinball, which first appeared on arcade machines and then on PC (in 2001). The game was published by System 3.
Mechanics
Williams Pinball Classics offers 10 tables, which were originally designed for the version intended for arcade machines. The rules of the game are very simple - use flippers to keep the ball on the table for as long as possible and try to move it the marked fields or hit specific elements to collect points.
Among the tables from the brand known to the fans of pinball, we distinguish, among others, an interactive board with the popular Pin Bot or the terrifying FunHouse. In addition to the standard game modes, we can also play the multiplayer mode.
Technical aspects
The developers have made every effort to ensure that each element of the virtual table corresponds to the classic prototype. The game also uses the same sound effects as those known from the real tables. The boards are colorful and filled with animated elements. The game is interrupted time and again by short cut-scenes. Williams Pinball Classics use a physics engine - the ball rolling on the board behaves very naturally.
