WILL: A Wonderful World is an unusual adventure game that combines visual novel elements with logical puzzles based on the proper arrangement of sequences of words and sentences. The game was developed by WMY Studio.

Plot

A young girl wakes up in an unknown room. A talking dog appears in front of her - the animal informs the girl that there are gods in the world, whose duty is to change the fate of every person who asks for help. Letters from people start appearing in the mailbox, so the heroine grabs a pen and starts writing.

Mechanics

Gameplay in WILL: A Wonderful World consists primarily of reading letters sent by people from which we can learn information about their lives and how we can help them - but not all the details are obvious and visible at first glance. Sometimes, we will have to use our perceptiveness and detective skills.

The next step is to arrange the text fragments visible on the screen. Our task is to find the best version of the story for the author of the letter. When we succeed, we are rewarded with a scene presenting the consequences of our choices. As we solve subsequent puzzles, we learn more about the two deities who are the central part of the plot.

Game modes

WILL: A Wonderful World has only a single-player mode.

Technical aspects

WILL: A Wonderful World has two-dimensional graphics which consist of drawings of places, characters, and text. The whole was designed in a manga style, typical for many Asian productions.
