White Day 2: Swan Song is a prequel to the 2001 Korean horror game White Day and its 2015 remake White Day: A Labyrinth Named School. The production depicts events that took place six years before those shown in the original. The title was released on PS4 and supports PlayStation VR sets.
The history of this project is a bit turbulent, as ROIGAMES initially intended to create a special version of White Day: A Labyrinth Named School, which could be played on PSVR. The title was even officially announced, but later the creators changed the concept and decided to create a separate game, with a separate story and different mechanics. This is how White Day: Swan Song, also known as The School: Swan Song, was born. Finally, in 2017 it was announced that the game is to be called White Day 2: Swan Song and will be designed not only for virtual reality sets, but also for the PS4 platform.
Story
Like White Day: A Labyrinth Named School, White Day 2: Swan Song talks about students imprisoned at night at a school. The problem is that they are not kept there by teachers who want to teach them something. The building is haunted, and the only hope for survival is to stay alive until the morning and discover the secrets of the ghastly building.
