OpenCritic
The first major DLC expansion to the sandbox action game Watch Dogs by Ubisoft Montreal studio. With the addition we get a brand new story campaign, in which we follow the fate of a certain T-Bone - a friend of the protagonist from the basic game, Aiden Pearce. In the course of ten subsequent missions we face the already known Blumen corporation, entangling in intrigue with another well-known hero of the game, Tobias Frewer.

Pure Xbox: 8 / 10 by Anthony Bacchus
There's enough extra content here to justify the $15 price tag, but it still ultimately depends on how much you enjoyed playing the main game. If you saw Watch Dogs through to the end and had a good time, then Bad Blood is easily recommended.
We Got This Covered: 3 / 5 by Chad Goodmurphy
Bad Blood won't win Watch Dogs any new fans, but those who loved the main game will want to give it a shot.
Impulsegamer: 3.6 / 5 by Cameron Grimes
Bad Blood adds a highly enjoyable multiplayer element to Watch Dogs, and if you were not a fan of Aiden's story, T-Bone's short but sweet campaign could change how you feel about the game as a whole. There's certainly a lot more room for improvement, but this beefy piece of DLC can easily keep you distracted for a while.

Watch Dogs: Bad Blood Description
Bad Blood is the first large DLC for Watch_Dogs – a third-person sandbox game from Ubisoft, which may compete with Grand Theft Auto series. Just like the original game, the expansion too was developed by Ubisoft Montreal Studios. It is worth mentioning that this DLC is a part of Watch_Dogs Season Pass.
The biggest attraction in Bad Blood is another single-player campaign, in which you play as T-Bone, a rambunctious and hearty friend of Aiden Pearce. He takes part in 10 missions, in which he fights against Blume Corporation – who is chasing the protagonist – and gets caught into a big intrigue after he helps out his old friend Tobias Frewer.
The second major novelty in the expansion is another variation of co-op online play, called Street Sweeps. This is a series of dynamic missions, in which two players have to repel waves of attacking thugs of Chicago gangs. Besides, there is no shortage of new weapons, several previously inaccessible locations to explore, as well as new perks and character costumes. It is also good to mention Eugene designed by T-Bone – a remote-controlled little car, equipped with various hacking devices – which proves helpful in various situations. Interestingly, the vehicle also got its own progression tree, so it is possible to increase its offensive and defensive capabilities.
