Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall PC

Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall is an action game with RPG elements, created by Polish Carbon Studio. Its events are set in the popular fantasy world, developed by Games Workshop - Warhammer Age of Sigmar. The game is available for VR platforms such as PC VR, Oculus Quest or Oculus Quest 2. It is, in fact, the first project in this universe, developed for virtual reality. Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Tempestfall includes a full story campaign in the kingdom of Shyish after Necroquake.

Plot

The story takes the player to the Sigmar era, where he plays the role of Lord-Arcanum - the ruler of the magic of the storm, who together with a special unit of Stormcast Eternal sets off on a dangerous mission to the land of Shyish. The events presented in the game take place right after Necroquake. Enemy hordes of Nighthaunt come both from the land of Nagasha's death and all kingdoms. The protagonist's goal is to investigate this new threat. In order to protect the Forces of Order from attack, the main character and a group of elite soldiers have to stand up to the battle and crush the enemy forces.

Mechanics

The goal of the game is to fight the forces of darkness, notoriously standing in the way of the protagonist, who traverses the lands of Shyish. To attack, the player uses a system based on hand gestures. During clashes with enemies he can use both melee weapons and powerful sticks. Performing different sequences of movements, in order to make a series of blows or cast a spell, can sometimes bring surprising results.

During his expedition, the player visits various cities and explores the abyss of catacombs, wanders through marshes or searches through successive prison cells, keeping an eye out for enemies. The further it reaches, the more dangerous the explored areas become. So he has to always be on his guard, because death lurks around every corner.

Technical aspects

The game has a pleasant, 3D graphics, in subdued colors.
