Ultima VII part two: Serpent Isle Description
Serpent Isle is the second part of Ultima VII. The story takes us 18 months into the future after the events of The Black Gate. Batlin, the leader of The Fellowship, disappeared mysteriously, and the only clue is the map of a secret continent of Serpent Isle.
Lord British sends us to the newly discovered land where we’ll have to fight the Guardian yet again. To do so, we will have to restore the shaken balance by going through three cities until we reach the icy lands of the North. During our journey, we get to know the philosophy of the ancient civilization that used to inhabit the land a long time ago. Back in the day, a three huge serpents were worshipped. They symbolized Order, Chaos and Balance.
Serpent Isle is more difficult and complex than its predecessor and often forces us to piece some puzzles together. Apart from the main story, we also get many side quests to complete.
- Original story that picks up where The Black Gate and Forge of Virtue left off.
- New continent of Britannia with its own history, religion and customs.
- Photorealistic characters, improved backpack feature, new spells, richer sound effects and voice-over.
