Trinity Fusion

Mechanics

Trinity Fusion is a side-scroller. The playable characters are three parallel versions of Maya, differing in terms of abilities and playstyles. Altara is a gadgeteer relying on advanced technology, Kera is a melee fighter, while Naira is a ranged fighter. Each protagonist traverses different worlds and faces different enemies. In the mutant world we'll explore wastelands and caves, in the robot world we'll visit advanced labs and industrial complexes, while in the post-human world we'll make our way through floating cities.

The player must be agile, both while exploring and fighting enemies. Combat is fast-paced, requiring constant motion, well-timed dodges, lunges, accurate attacks and chaining our moves into deadly combos. As we progress, we develop our characters and gain better gear. Though death means starting over, within the Citadel, our headquarters, we can purchase permanent upgrades, making each run slightly easier than the last. We can also fuse all three characters into one, extremely powerful warrior.
