Transport Giant Description
Transport Giant for PC and PS4 is a game that lets the player dive into the cradle of public transportation and assume the role of a transport company owner who, starting out with modest capital, sets out to create a giant, international transport empire.
The second half of the 19th century was a period of a great economic boom during which new industrial factories sprung up like mushrooms. On one hand, they produced gigantic amounts of all kinds of good; on the other, they required raw materials and workers who had to somehow commute to their workplaces. Cities also bloomed, and the rapidly increasing numbers of their inhabitants called for quick and reliable supply deliveries. Therefore, dynamic development of means of transportation was a necessity.
Mechanics
We can develop our company during two centuries, beginning in 1850. There are 130 various kinds of vehicles for freight and passenger transport at our disposal: trains (we can customize their composition – up to 64 cars), trucks, ships, airplanes, helicopters, and others – all can be painted with our company’s colors. Obviously, we establish routes through which they move. Moreover, we get to build bridges, tunnels, and many other elements of infrastructure. The game also offers over 500 types of buildings as well as 60 sorts of goods and industries.
The game features over a dozen varied campaigns that are divided into two different scenarios: Europe and the USA. Moreover, we can choose from additional map for free play (with no end).
Technical aspect
Transport Giant for PC and PS4 features detailed graphics that include realistic sceneries, cycle of seasons, and the like.

September 3, 2004
An expansion for Transport Giant, created by the developers of the original game – JoWooD Entertainment AG. This time we play in Australia where the rules for developing our company are a bit different. During the game we must cooperate with not only car factories and mines but also with owners of crocodile and ostrich farms. Additionally, particular regions can be accessed during certain stages of development – a part of the continent may have a very good rail network, while other areas can only be accessed by a single and very old line. Transport Giant: Down Under offers twelve diverse scenarios (in the missions we must, e.g. transport supplies to mining villages or transport fuel to particular points), fifteen huge maps and more than thirty transport vehicles such as the famous "road trains", or Antonov An-2 and Antonov An-72 planes.
