Aside from the singleplayer mode, Pro Cycling Manager 2015: Tour de France introduces the ability to organize online competitions in which we can play against other managers. The career mode known from the previous installments received numerous upgrades, including modified training system with over 50 available training plans, more expansive scouting, as well as the ability to manage the backup team.
