The Train Giant is an economic strategy in which our main task is to expand the system of urban transport connections. The game is a modified version of A-Train 9 released only in Japan and, like all versions of this cycle, was developed by the Artdink team. It's worth mentioning that this studio is a real veteran with over twenty years of experience in creating this genre's productions.

We play the role of the president of a railway company, whose task is to manage the network of transport connections. However, we are not limited to trains. Instead, our responsibilities include dealing with all aspects of the city's transport systems. The primary objective is to provide solutions that make life easier for the residents and improve the functioning of local industry. It also means taking care of the economic development of the metropolis itself, so we will spend a lot of time on erecting public buildings, turning securities or constructing special monuments. Technological progress and the environmental aspect also play an important role. As you can see, the scope of our activity is much wider than the majority of people holding the position of president of a railway company.

Despite such a large scope of responsibilities, the heart of the game remains the creation of railway networks. We start the game with the construction of the first railway station and the layout of the tracks, and the terrain plays a key role here. The development of the metropolis is also influenced by changing weather and climatic conditions. We have more than a few dozen models of trains at our disposal, and a flexible editor allows you to easily add your own. In addition, we can also create housing estates, office buildings and factories. Once we have the right funds, it is a good idea to invest them on the stock exchange in one of several dozen companies, which allows us to make high profits in a short period of time.
