The Sims 4: Werewolves

The Sims 4: Werewolves is another large add-on (expansion pack) to one of the most well-known life sim games The Sims 4. Lycanthropes also appeared in earlier installments of the series, starting with the second part, although as part of a larger thematic expansion. The producer of the add-on is traditionally EA Maxis.

Game mechanics

The main attraction of the expansion are, of course, the titular werewolves along with a specially adapted to their needs climatic environment - densely wooded and a bit dark Moonwood Mill - where we meet a lot of inhabitants having more than one face.

The wolf nature of our sims can be inborn or developed as a result of a bite, but it always manifests itself in the same way - susceptibility to the phases of the moon and the resulting changes, unique temperament and skills. It is up to us to choose whether the Sims will fight their nature, or come to terms with it, grow out of them wild beasts, or perhaps docile creatures. We can also customize the external form of the wolf by choosing the color of its fur, the length of its claws or the shape of its ears. There are also activities reserved for werewolves that are not available to other sims - such as joining a pack, going on trips together and howling at night.
