The Sims 4: Spa Day

The Sims 4: Spa Day is another expansion pack for The Sims 4 by Maxis.

Mechanics

The expansion pack adds four new buildings, where your Sims may relax a bit. The Aham Ahsram Yoga Studio allows your Sims to learn yoga. The Center of Center Massage offers to soothe your Sims' nerves with various kinds of massages (Swedish, Deep, Sport, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, and Fertility). The Perfect Balance Spa features a sauna and a meditation spot. There's also a gym, which your Sims may freely use. You can also create your own relaxation center.

Spa Day introduces the inner harmony ability, which enables your Sims to control their body and mind better. Regular yoga exercises and meditating may eventually allow them to levitate and teleport. Moreover, the sauna has more purposes than just relaxation. By placing there two Sims in love, you may unlock a special WooHoo option.

The pack also features a new radio station (New Age), appropriate outfits, a range of new hairstyles, mud baths (which can give your Sims either positive or negative moodlets, depending on the ingredients used), and a new way to die—death by overheating in a sauna. Of course, your Sims can also relax in their own home, without going out anywhere.

The Sims 4: Spa Day for PC requires the base game to run.
