Another expansion pack for the 2014 life simulation game The Sims 4 by EA Maxis. As the title implies, Parenthood focuses mostly on the virtual kids of your Sims. The pack features e.g. expanded interactions with children and parental options, and a new “parenting” skill, which affects the offspring's obedience and their relationship with their parents.

[1:16] The Sims 4: Parenthood Parenthood
Destructoid: 9 / 10 by Alissa McAloon
While other game packs for The Sims 4 introduced new gameplay elements into the mix, The Sims 4: Parenthood sets out to enhance existing parts of the core Sims experience and does so in a way that meshes surprisingly well with what was already there. If the next few game packs and expansions can manage to do the same, The Sims 4 might be able to live up to the standards set by past games in the series.
Player.One: 7 / 10 by Autumn Noel Kelly
Being motivated and invested in continuing the family legacy is refreshing because as a player, you actually see your hard work pay off in front of your eyes as your Sim children grow into young adults.
DVS Gaming: 8 / 10 by Catherine Brody
The price is fair & reasonable, and the game pack is overall a lot of fun to work with.

The Sims 4: Parenthood Description
The Sims 4: Parenthood for PC is another game pack for the 2014 game The Sims 4. The pack only needs the base game to run properly. As usual, it was developed by Electronic Arts.
Mechanics
As the title implies, The Sims 4: Parenthood focuses on the virtual kids of your Sims. The interactions with children have been expanded, as well as parenting options, now contributing to the new “parenting” skill, which affects the offspring's obedience and their relationship with their parents. The pack also introduces school projects assigned by teachers, such as making a baking soda volcano or a model rocket, which can be completed together with your Sim son or daughter, while you gain their trust and respect. You can also make school lunches for your children.
The pack adds a variety of new interactive objects, such as building blocks, teen diary, fiercely protected by the owner, and a teddy bear for playing doctor. The Sims 4: Parenthood also features a board with a daily schedule for your family. It helps you to assign the children's duties and choose the hours at which they should e.g. go to bed. Apart from those, the pack also adds new clothes and furniture.
