The Mystery of Woolley Mountain is a 2D point & click adventure game. The game features lots of humorous moments, over-the-top characters and a surreal world. It was developed by an English indie studio, Lightfoot Brothers, and crowdfunded on Kickstarter.
When a group of children is abducted by a witch, the Helmholtz Resonators - a group of time-travelling musician scientists - sets out to rescue them. One of their members, Vandamme, fails - the remaining scientists, Garland, Carlton and Frithel therefore join him on his quest, assisted by the robot Auto and the guitarist Chladni.
Piloting their Crystal Submarine, the heroes set off to rescue the kids, facing the witch's minions along the way.
The Mystery of Woolley Mountain is a point & click adventure game, revolving around exploration and puzzle-solving. Most of the objects and characters present in the game can be interacted with.
We must talk to NPCs and gather intel by carefully observing the environment. Gathered items can be used to solve puzzles or combined with other items to various results. The game features multiple playable characters, each with unique strengths and weaknesses.
