The Games: Winter Challenge is a sports game prepared by MindSpan studio for Accolade, which offers several disciplines as part of a hypothetical winter Olympics.

You can choose from eight competitions (downhill, tobogganing, bobsleighing, running, slalom giant, fast skating, biathlon and ski jumping), which can be played separately or in sequence in the tournament. Before starting the tournament, a player can create their own character by entering their name, choosing one of sixteen nationalities (Poles not stated) and a faulty player. Thanks to this option, up to ten players can take part in the competition, who will successively play the given competition. If we don't have such a number of friends, the remaining opponents will be replaced by a computer.

In practically all competitions, the place on the scoreboard is determined by the time obtained. The exception is ski jumping, where we fight for distance and in a sense biathlon, which sums up the accuracy of the shots with the time of the journey. In slaloms it is important not to miss any goal, while in competitions using sledges or bobsleigh to reach the finish line. Any stumbling along the way disqualifies us from the confrontation, also in jumps, where we only start in one round.
