The Dream of Neko is a platform game, prepared exclusively for the two screen console from the Nintendo stable. The story presented here shows the fate of the title cat fascinated by people, especially the possibility of eating what you want and the opportunity to travel quickly. One day, after an extremely hard hunt, Neko decides to cut off his nap. Unfortunately, after awakening, the protagonist realizes that in an unexpected way he became a human being.

Traveling through six worlds (including forest, desert and cave), the protagonist quickly realizes that the new incarnation does not meet his earlier expectations. The player's task is to find a way to return to the form of the cat. Looking for a way out of this uncomfortable situation, Neko encounters countless opponents who are trying to prevent him. Among the opponents are wasps, snakes, skeletons and fish, and they can be defeated using magic and various objects (e.g. fireballs).

It is worth remembering to collect coins, quite often appearing on the boards, because the right amount of money allows you to buy new types of weapons or additional lives. At the end of each stage of the game, a fight against a powerful boss awaits the user. What's more, while traveling through these virtual environments, you encounter a wide range of puzzles that require an immediate solution. The game is accompanied by an eye-catching visual setting, prepared in cartoon style.
