Original economic game from the sub-genre of city builder, in which we deal with the architecture management of the existing city - the title capital of France. The Architect: Paris was developed by Enodo Games and released by Focus Home Interactive.
The Architect: Paris is an original economic game belonging to the city builder sub-genre (represented by such titles as Sim City or Cities: Skylines). The game enables the players to manage the construction of real estate and the development of Paris. Enodo Games is responsible for the game's creation.
Mechanics
The player simultaneously controles several roles: architect, supervisor, engineer and the person planning the development of the city. Paris is divided into districts - achieving success requires the tasks assigned to each district to be carried out. We are assisted in our work by a team of specialists - each of them has different skills (e.g. construction experts, architects), which develop as the game progresses. We also have the possibility of employing more people. Our achievements are also measured by the so-called PPP index - a measure created by John Elkington in 1994, which determines the social, environmental and financial condition of a metropolis.
An interesting mechanic, which distinguishes Enodo Games' production from other games of this type, is the ability to create our own real estate. Players can build by selecting objects from the available list, but they can also design buildings almost from scratch thanks to the Drawing Board system.

The Architect: Paris can only be played solo.
Technical aspects
The Architect: Paris features very attractive three-dimensional visuals. The panoramas of Paris are breathtaking in this game. Interestingly, the city can be observed from many different perspectives, thanks to which we can both see information important from the point of view of the decisions we have to take, and to admire the details.
